ELITE PUBLISHING: ADVERTISER WARNING - OSKAR KEYSELL IS BACK AT HIS VERY OLD TRICKS
ELITE PUBLISHING/OSKAR KEYSELL: And like any "old dog" he not got any new ones up his sweaty shirt sleeve. The delightful cocaine snorting (fined after he was stopped by police and tried to hide his drugs in a bush on the Kings Road) and Brazilian hooker affecionado, one Elite Publisher director Oskar Keysell (pictured - isn't he delightfully creepy and flesh crawling!) was fined several thousand pounds by magistrates last year in a case brought by Westminster Trading Standards.
The fine was imposed after Keysell admitted deceiving advertisers over circulations on various titles to gain their advertising spend. Also note that the defunt company - Elite Publishsing Ltd - still looks as if its in business on a website - even though the company Elite Publishing Ltd has been dissolved - see Companies House - owing money to various people as you would no doubt expect.
The company also gives the impression that it has publishing "ownership" of a number of titles on that site - not surprisingly it no longer has the rights to use the majority of these brand names - but nevertheless hopes to solicits enquiries for media packs and part you - the advertiser - from your money.

Mr Keysell is a man without moral affiliations (no surprise there) - his operandus modi is to "rip-off" anyone who crosses his path whether its a supplier or an "employee" - advertising sales people get offered a start rate but they rarely get paid it - and get paid on pay day well you will be lucky!
He apparently blames all his bad behaviour on his now departed mother who allegedly told him while a youngster that "she wished she had flushed him down a toilet". All we can say that was a woman with remarkable foresight. Had it happened the world would be a far better place.
